Top ten goals for each week day

I’m constantly surprised by the way people use Joe’s Goals. Recently a user named John emailed asking me about patterns I’ve observed in goal tracking. His questions eventually lead to the report below. I thought it would be interesting to see what the most popular goals were across a week. As you can see the first three goals are locked in, but there is quite a bit of interested variety in the remaining goals.

Interesting stuff…this appears to indicate:

  • That people are more likely to brush their teeth on the weekends
  • That Thursday and Friday are the most popular days to blog
  • That people are more likely to eat out on Friday…and then feel guilty about it and remember to take their vitamins
  • That people start drinking and smoking on the weekend…and then feel guilty about it and pray and read their Bible’s on Sunday while they are recovering from their hangovers

This certainly isn’t scientific, but it sure is interesting. If you’ve used Joe’s Goals to discover any interesting patterns for your life let me know and I may just post it. For even more data like what I’ve collected above check out the Get Inspired section of the Joe’s Goals.
